This is payable at the point you wish to commit to the property. • If a guarantor is required for you to pass the referencing process, there is an additional change of £150 per guarantor – this includes the guarantor paperwork. • A charge of £48 for a check-in should you wish to meet us at the property at the commencement of the tenancy. Tenants’ liability and accidental damage insurance It is a condition of the tenancy agreement that the tenants have adequate insurance in place to cover tenants’ liability and accidental damage for the fixtures and fittings belonging to the landlord. Tenants must provide a copy of their insurance details before moving into the property or collecting keys. We are unable to provide a policy ourselves but you can obtain the appropriate cover by contacting Hazelton Mountford who are a local independent insurance broker.
