This is a nice solid house with lots of space and a great location close to the town centre, so food shopping can be done really easily at Tesco and Lidl. There are lots of pubs and restaurants close by if you want to go out for a special birthday meal or just to socialise there is no shortage of opportunity.
I drive a lot so having the M25 only a few minutes away is very useful, but anyone needing the train to get into London will be happy to know the station is a short bus ride away. I drive to the station myself when I use the train, which a lot of commuters do as the parking fee is really reasonable. There are also bus links to surrounding towns such as Loughton and Chingford.
