My partner and I have lived in this property and we’ve loved every minute of it. It’s fantastically located for walks and running on the Heath; a stone’s throw from Parliament Hill Fields lido; 10-min walk to Hampstead and its shops and restaurants; surrounded by some of the best pubs in London and; has dozens of excellent transport links very close by - 168,24 and 46 buses, Hampstead Heath overground and Belsize Park northern line underground to name a few!


The flat itself is well proportioned and provides a very comfortable living environment for a professional individual or couple. What’s more, being on the top floor not only provides great garden views but also makes the flat feel very safe and secure. All the neighbours are very pleasant, and it is always very quiet and peaceful in the building.

The icing on the cake is the landlord – never intrusive but always just a phone call away. On the rare occasion that we’ve had a problem, it’s been resolved very quickly and professionally. We genuinely can’t recommend this gem of a flat enough!

This is a great property in a great location and the only reason we are leaving is because we are moving to San Francisco. As soon as you walk in you can feel the cosiness of the place. The views are great, and you are only a 2-min walk from Parliament Hill, which provides the best view over London. I have been running regularly around the Heath and love to stop at the lake to mediate and reflect. You are only an 8-minute walk from Belsize park station and with Budgens, organic shops, the local fruit and veg man, as well as Marks & Spencer, you are spoiled for choice with buying food. You are a 5-min walk from Hampstead high street, which has great coffee shops and brunch places as well as shops. This is a great find in a great spot.
