From Ashbourne - Proceed out of the town on the B5053 towards Matlock. Proceed on the road for about 6 miles then take the left hand turn signposted Carsington Village. Proceed into the village and as the road turns sharply to the right take the left turn. Proceed up this road where the gated access can be found on the left hand side clearly identified by the Bagshaws ‘For Sale’ board.
