"This home is my first home and I have lived here for the past nineteen years plus. I fell in love with this home the moment I walked in. I have had great fun refurbishing it into a lovely home. Queenswood Road is a lovely area to live in. The road is quiet and neighbours are super friendly and very welcoming.

Ideally located in Forest Hill, the home is very close to local amenities and the open green spaces of Mayow Park. Transport links are fantastic. It is well positioned for easy access to Forest Hill and Sydenham train stations for those who travel to the city. Central London is only twelve minutes by train. There are good bus services in the the surrounding area. There are also both primary and secondary schools surrounding the neighbourhood.

I have good memories and never encounter any problems during my stay. It has been an amazing experience. This home has it all, great location, good size, good condition and close to lots of schools, park, and transport facilities. It has been a perfect first time home that has given me many happy memories. I am sad to leave but one thing I know, is the new owners will be very happy living here."
