"We've loved living in the area for the last 5 years and made friends with all of our neighbours, some very close. Everyone keeps an eye on each other's houses, looks after keys, waters each other's gardens etc. There's a really nice feeling of community. We're in the quieter part of Leytonstone here, with mostly families in the area. We love taking walks at Hollow Ponds and Epping Forest at all times of year, as well as taking a stroll to Francis Road to enjoy the new restaurants, coffee shops and market on a Saturday. Even though we are in Zone 3 and close to central London it feels quiet and calm here, almost like being in the countryside."
