This is a great area to live, the neighbours are friendly and it's a lovely, peaceful close. We have loved living here so much that we stayed for almost 50 years! We have found that the location is handy for everything, even getting a bus into Brighton couldn't be easier as the bus stop is at the end of the road and you are straight there in 20 minutes or so.
Just a short walk through the woods at the back and you can be at the primary school in just minutes, easy for the school run and a lot of families live nearby.
We have loved our peaceful garden, its secluded and quiet – you wouldn't think you were in Brighton sitting there in a summer's day listening to the birds.
We hope the new owners moving in will enjoy as much as we have.
