During the rest of the day and at weekends there is little or no noise from the school.

If you work in London or in any place with a station then you will appreciate the short walk to Littlehaven station. If you travel by car you will be able to quickly join the A264 bypass to Gatwick or elsewhere, via Lambs Farm Road and Crawley Road. You can easily get into Horsham town centre (and to Horsham's main railway station) by bike or bus or car. The bus stop is just across the road, a very short walk from the house. Local shops are less than 5 minutes on foot. There are further shops, a cafe and a Post Office less than a mile away, after a pleasant walk across the Roffey Recreation Grounds with its newly refurbished play area.
