Owner's opinions...
We have really enjoyed making this bungalow our home over the last 3 years. When we bought this property it had been empty for a number of years and instantly we saw the potential in this property to become a lovely home. Due to a change in circumstances we need to move but we didn’t plan to move when we bought the bungalow so it hasn't been done up to sell. We have invested a lot of time and money into bringing it back to life, including a new boiler (which was installed in January 2017 - with still over 5 years’ warranty left on it); new carpets and flooring; and lots of work on the gardens. We will be really sad to leave this bungalow. Our neighbours are lovely and are always ready to lend a hand and take time to say hello and were a lovely support and help to me when I first had my little boy. We hope to sell our home to someone who will enjoy living in it as much as we have.
