Having watched the Arborfield Green development take shape we were delighted to hear that we had been selected to help market this select development of just 12 homes, named Aberleigh Gardens, to be built by the renowned and well respected developer Westbuild Homes.

As part of Berkshires newest Garden Village Aberleigh Gardens will enjoy all the benefits the new facilities will be bringing to the area, one of the most sought-after schools locally to name but one but also new local shops, pubs and some of the most beautiful parks for the public to enjoy.

We really see this smaller more select development as a little gem, this together with the incredible quality that Westbuild have become well-known for will make these homes ones not to miss !

This is one of my favourite designs and spot on this real gem of a site.
The setting forms part of a lovely street scene which Westbuild have landscaped beautifully, our pictures probably don`t really do this justice.

You wander into a huge entrance hall that gives a great feeling of space and then leads onto some great accommodation. They have created a kitchen/ living/ dining space that really does work with modern day life. This huge room offers complete versatility for you to use as you see fit but also allows for its use to change as life changes, master stroke in my opinion. As you would expect with Westbuild the kitchen itself is beautifully fitted with a quality shaker style in-frame painted kitchen. Built-in appliances include a Rangemaster cooker, Bosch integrated larder fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The little extras that they have included are the Caple wine cooler and Carron boiler tap, the whole space then finished with the re-noun Porcelanosa ceramic tiled flooring.

Bearing in mind the sheer size and versatility of this space you then move on to a study which could easily become a snug, family room or more formal dining space if you have the need. Then to the rear the main living room overlooking the gardens complete with large fireplace for the chillier autumn and winter months. As a point of note you also have lovely solid Oak doors with contemporary chrome door furniture throughout and some great decisions have been made to the wall colours, not just the standard `paint everything off white`.

Moving to the first floor you have some options here that we`ll talk through with you. Whilst you have four bedrooms that work really well we are also aware that with the additional bedroom / play room on the top floor you may feel this space could work better for you. If this is the case Westbuild have an option to offer you.

The lush turf gives immediate impact along with some mature planting and generally thoughtful landscaping.

With driveway to the side and garaging you have all you need, the rear gardens are then fully enclosed with side access and again will be fully turfed.

In my mind I genuinely feel that this select development will become a known address on this exciting Arborfield Green development and for all the right reasons.
