This house has been our home for 10 years and has seen our daughters grow up and leave home. It has been a great family home; able to accommodate large family gatherings and parties of 50+ people. We are very pleased with the extension we added, giving a great family living space downstairs and the addition of an extended bedroom and extra en-suite bathroom.

The garden is great for children and doesn’t feel overlooked due to the bungalows at the rear. Although large, it has been designed to require minimal attention.

We have found the location very convenient as it provides both access on foot to Solihull Town Centre and railway station, and easy access to the motorway network.

We are planning to down-size so hope that another family will love the house as much as we have and create their own memories here.
