My husband and I bought the property eight years ago. I'd actually lived in one of the neighbouring houses with my parents for much of my teenage years and always admired it from afar. The setting is perfect; such a unique blend of rural surroundings with the practicality of village life only a stones throw away. We're lucky enough to be one of just five neighbouring homes which have also been lovingly restored and share the same views of rolling hills, yet are just minutes from the centre of Billericay and under an hour's drive from central London. It's a place where we really have been able to enjoy the best of both worlds.

We've had so many happy years here and have relished the challenge of transforming what was a very nice house into quite an exceptional family home. It's hard to pinpoint what i'll miss most because the years are full of lasting memories. It is honestly the perfect place to make them.
