Property Description

Looking for a substantial modern detached 4 bed family home, beautifully presented, large living accommodation, overlooking fields & conveniently located on a freshly built development on the outskirts of Buckley & within easy commute of Mold, Chester, Deeside…….Then we really do have a NewHome4U

Come to our office for free Independent mortgage advice or just email or even ‘call': Do you like the photos? Well may be you would you like to view this home personally…..The good thing about NewHome4U is, we open 7 days a week and we’re physically in the office 4U just so that you can, ‘’like no other estate agent in Mold’

Situated at the end of the development and thus removing any chance of passing traffic, this home can only be described as luxurious. However well appointed a home may be, nothing can provide true luxury as much as space and here, it is available in spades. All the rooms you expect are here, and where you expect to find them but they are simply bigger than you anticipate.

Approaching the home, there is an integral garage to the left, while a continuation of the roof above here forms a canopy protecting the front door with its adjacent glass panel adding more light to the inner hallway.

Having gained access to the hall, immediately to our left we find the downstairs cloakroom with its hand basin and lavatory while next door we find the real cloakroom. That is to say, this is a room for the storage of coats, shoes and other outdoor paraphernalia and also housing the electrical trip switches. Handily available and easily found in the dark….More easily than a box of candles, that’s for sure (we’ve all been there)

The other side of the hall leads into the lounge. This is a deceptively big room made to feel all the more spacious by its large bay window which, like others of its type, seems to admit a disproportionate amount of light, something that can never be a bad thing.

To the rear of this room, another door leads us into the dining room. This is actually something of a mystery in that while it provides an almost extravagant amount of space for a dining room, it is so far from the kitchen as to be inconvenient. However this is no real disadvantage as the kitchen is easily big enough to lend itself to a double role so really, this gives us a room for which we may choose our own use. A secondary lounge, a study, playroom, music room, teenager’s hideaway, the choice is endless, and yours.

A set of French doors open from here into the large conservatory with its ceramic tiled floor and radiator to ensure year round use, while a further set of French doors open onto the patio area at the top of the sloping garden with its views across the open fields. This patio simply cries out for al fresco dining and the family BBQs and get-togethers that a family home such as this will surely invite.

As we return to the hallway and pass the stairs, a door opens into the kitchen and this is delight. A large ‘L’ shaped room built around one corner of the integral garage this is a place for the keen chefs among us. Newly fitted out with modern integrated appliances and kept light and airy by the big picture window along with the further set of French doors this is a lovely space in which to work. And as if that were not enough, the side arm of the ‘L’ provides a dining area larger than the bespoke dining rooms available in many homes of this size and type. The feeling of space is further enhanced by the view through the French doors which does an excellent job of bringing the outside inside….What a dream for when the sun comes back.

Moving up the stairs and turning to our left, we find the family bathroom. This is tiled to waist height and offers the usual suite of pedestal hand basin, lavatory, and bath, the latter being fitted with a set of mixer taps either filling the bath or feeding the shower head. Although less convenient than an electric shower, this does however provide water at sufficient pressure to ensure a refreshing blast that will remove the morning cobwebs.

Adjacent to there is the end bedroom, situated above the garage. This features double aspect windows, one facing front and contained in the dormer style roof line, while a large velux faces the rear making the room pleasantly light and with a fitted cupboard catering for all but the most extreme storage needs.

Back along the landing, we find the smallest bedroom opposite the bathroom. As is so often the case, the term ‘smallest’ can be mistakenly taken to mean ‘small’. While this would scarcely accommodate a double bed if any other furniture were required, it does make for a very comfortable single with all the bells and whistles that comes with a bed.

Next, we come to the other rear facing bedroom. This sports an array of fitted wardrobes and cupboards that I defy even the most fashion conscious to fully utilise but none the less, gives a feeling of luxury and negates the need for any free standing furniture.

Crossing the landing towards the remaining front bedroom we pass a huge built in cupboard. Intended as a linen and airing cupboard this, with its own small radiator within fulfils the role very well.

Finally we find the master bedroom. Kept very light via its bay window which mirrors the one found in the lounge this is a large and comfortable room with one wall given over entirely to fitted wardrobes and in the corner, a door into the en-suite. This is larger than most and features the expected pedestal hand basin, lavatory and corner mounted walk-in shower cubicle with its mains powered shower via the gas combi central heating boiler.

All in all this is a home for a large family, or a smaller family with a very active social life. It is a place for living life to the full, for entertaining, and for doing things on the grand scale. Too often homes of this sort of vintage offer the right number of rooms, but they are frequently too small to adequately fulfil their purpose.....Well not here in this home! Everything is generously proportioned and this is vital in somewhere trying to be a true family home. Nothing is guaranteed to bring more arguments and strife than living too close to your loved ones, howeverour loved they may be. This home gives space to breathe, to live and if occasionally necessary, to slope off and sulk for a while. It’s what makes us family…
