When I bought this property, it was all about location. The house was just round the corner from Belmont village, with its artisan shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of Cheam village and Sutton town centre, which have an array of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and a cinema multiplex. For me, as a local, the Belmont Heights development was the place to be. The road is quiet, with plentiful extra parking and I liked the privacy at the front and the back of the house. In addition it takes just 5 minutes to walk to the train station and 6 minutes to the bus stop. This was a great home for my family for 5 years, and afterwards a successful investment. It ticked every box for me and is perfect for any family, those who are retired or an investor.
