There is another living room downstairs, which is ideal for children to play in or big kids to watch TV in. I almost forgot that there is also a downstairs office with French doors leading into the garden.
The kitchen is a home cooks dream. There is space, storage, lots of technology and design features and most importantly room for a long kitchen table for the whole family to sit and wait for tea to be served. The utility room is neatly tucked behind a door off the kitchen and there is space to wash, store muddy football boots and let the dog run in and out of the garden.
Storage is a must for a large home like this and Milford Grove has more then most properties. You will never need to see a shoe or coat lying around again!
