My husband and I bought the house eleven years ago and i'd say that it was the beautiful scenery and tranquillity of the area that sold it to us. It's very peaceful here and feels far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and yet at the same time it's an incredibly convenient location. There are a number of really good schools in the local area, the transport links are amazing – I can hop on the Tube and be in the city centre in well under an hour. We have shopping centres, cafes, bars and restaurants all within striking distance and there's also a nice feeling of community amongst the neighbours. We've loved every minute of our time here.

We've been so happy here for the past eleven years and there's so much that i'll miss. The house itself is gorgeous, the garden is a lovely little oasis, the location is ideal and we've also been lucky enough to have some fabulous neighbours. I know i'm going to be very sad when the time comes to leave.
