Directions From Braintree – 7.5 miles
Drive out of Braintree on the A131 in the direction of High Garrett. Take the left hand turn onto the Braintree Road heading towards Gosfield. Continue on this road, the A1017, until you reach Swann Street. Take a right onto Alderford Street going pass Alderford Water Mill, over the bridge and the property is a few yards on your right, you can get a lovely view of the house as you approach the bridge.

From Sudbury – 9.1 miles
Drive out of Sudbury towards Bulmer and Bulmer Tye on the A131, take a right onto the Hedingham Road and continue on this road until your reach the village of Castle Hedingham.
