We decided on the property very quickly, as it had major selling factors such as cleanliness, flexibility and a landlord whose seem to care about his property and be keen to be available and to all demands. Mark is a very approachable and friendly guy, he is easy to contact and available almost any time. Everything he said and described in the house viewings was completely accurate. Mark is not like many of the other landlords or agents, who try and scam you out of your money as much as possible, he is honest and reliable. Also as soon as an issue was reported to Mark he made it his main priority to get it sorted, or in some cases fixed. Mark was the best landlord I experience in my four years at university.

An excellent house, to the level that we were very happy to stay for a second consecutive year and disappointed to be leaving! Mark is undoubtedly one of the best landlord in Nottingham, always responding instantly to problems, no matter how small or trivial. A genuinely nice guy, the level of care he takes in his properties is outstanding, and he is always looking for ways to upgrade and improve them. I would highly recommend any of his properties.

I lived in 2 Marlborough Street for the academic year 2014/15. It was a really good standard and the rent was very reasonable. Mark is a fantastic landlord, right from our first viewing to when we moved out, he has been great. He really cares about his houses and went out of his way to help if something went wrong. At one point our hob broke and Mark came round to look at it straight away, and we had a new one in by the next day. In another house I lived in we had to wait 2 weeks for a new oven so I was very happy! I couldnt recommend Mark as a landlord highly enough, he is an amazing landlord and a really nice guy.

Mark is a friendly and reliable landlord who is easy to approach and keeps his houses immaculate. His houses are up to such a high standard and are maintained really well throughout the year, he's definitely not just a “part time" landlord. He is always on call for any problems and is willing to help in things that are even beyond the call of duty as a landlord. I had such a good experience in the house I lived in that I have chosen to move back again next year. He does everything above board and I couldn't have asked for a better house or landlord! I stayed at the property on 2 Marlborough Street for 2 years! We decided straight after viewing that we would rent this property and asked almost immediately after viewing for the contract. When we picked up the keys the house was incredibly clean! Didn't even have to clean the oven! We stayed at this house for two years because it was an amazing house and we really enjoyed living there. Mark was an excellent landlord and there were no problems at all with the house that were not solved within the day.
