Property description

Parking! Space! Garden! Location! Tick, Tick, Tick and tick.

Very rarely does a home that satisfies all of the above come to the market and at a price that is fair! Whether you need the parking space for work or for pleasure or just because you have a lot of visitors, it is a real joy to be able to park up right outside your own front door. There will be no cruising around for a spot half way down the street for you or your guests.

As you walk into the house you are greeted by a fabulous open space. The lounge/diner is nice and open, so whilst your guests are at the dining table or relaxing in the comfy sofas, that are arranged around the fireplace, you can be tucked away cooking up some culinary magic in the kitchen. There is a lot of work surface for keen cooks and plenty of cupboards.

In the Summer your friends can relax in the garden and if they are lucky, an incredible steam train will chug slowly past, way up on the embankment just for their entertainment. At the end of the evening you can collapse in your master bedroom. Spend the next lazy morning walking through the common and end up with a drink and lunch at The Beacon or down on the Pantiles, bliss!

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:
Our search criteria were so strict, we never thought we could find a house to match our expectations. So we were delighted to find this real one-off house. The main problem we had, was to find a classic Period home close to the station but crucially with really good off road parking.
If you are clever, you can park up to 5 on the drive, which is great for parties or family gatherings. I also love the open plan space, which makes the downstairs feel so large and creates the perfect setting for entertaining in. The location feels pretty special; I love to wander across to the Common, straight onto a beautiful walk and within ½ mile you could be in the middle of nowhere.
