Five years ago we were looking for our first home. Having moved from Stratford we chose this area due to the mixture of modern amenities and leafy green areas.

We were originally looking for a flat but we found that whilst this house was a similar price it gave us so much more than we originally thought. Since we have been here we have replaced the flooring, painted and decorated and landscaped the garden.

There are some lovely walks close by including Roding Valley nature reserve and whilst this is a quiet estate the tube is only 10-12 minutes walk away so it really gives you the best of both worlds.
