We purchased this home over 10 years ago, and it was our first buy. We completely fell in love with it. It was a mixture of space and all of the period charm that really got us hooked - we knew when we viewed that we had to have it, as it was very different to many of the other houses that we had seen. Over the years we have replaced the kitchen and the bathroom and redecorated throughout, even replacing the floors. Our jobs took us abroad, hence why we have rented the property out for the past few years and this has been a great move. It's rented out for a good price and attracted a great tenant. In our opinion this is a wonderful first home for someone, or even those looking to start family as there is so much space.
