We moved here 13 years ago as we fell in love with the convenient location. In a matter of minutes we can be in town, at the station or at the kids' schools so it literally offers us everything and is probably the reason we found it so easy to stay here as long as we have.
Over the years, we have done a huge amount of work, although any new buyer may want to change things again now. We replaced the boiler and had new carpets put down, had a new front door and did a lot of work to the garden. We also did the kitchen around 8/9 years ago. We have really enjoyed having the freedom of everything being on the doorstep and it's only now that we think we should look at making the next step up the ladder.
