We bought our home from new as after a lengthy search we found that these properties were perfect for us. This was mainly due to the practicality of having the mainline station to London within walking distance and plenty of space for when we had guests to stay.
Despite being fairly close to some industrial units where we had some initial concerns, we have found that these units are very quiet and that come 6 o'clock of an evening there is little or no passing traffic or noise. This has meant we have been able to really enjoy the garden year round.
We will be sad to leave our home, but have decided a change of area to be closer to our families is essential.
