This is our personal favourite as the balcony could easily fit a small group of five for dinner or drinks. The stunning view of Liverpool Street and City of London is enough to choose this property. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances including a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, and electric hob. There is a full-size temperature-controlled wine rack. Seating for two is available in the kitchen dining area.

The living area has a comfortable sofa with recliner. The first skylight is over the couch. There is a lovely window seating area as well capable of fitting five to seven people comfortably. There are hardwood mahogany floors throughout the building as well as carpeting in both bedrooms. The downstairs full-size bedroom offers lots of light. The second bathroom is located off the master bedroom complete with smaller balcony area. The shower stall offers a charming rainwater panel. There is a full-sized closet with washer and dryer, iron, vacuum, and all the necessary cleaning supplies.

We love long-term guests! Therefore we offer a discount of 2.5% for all bookings over 3 months, 5% for all discounts over 6 months, and 7.5% for all discounts over 9 months. It is automatically applied when you proceed, during the request step (please do not be confused: This discount is automatically added to the vat-adjustment discount, see note below).

Please note that the price at display (excl. VAT) varies from the final monthly price (incl. VAT). This is due to a 20% VAT rate applicable to the first 28 nights of your stay, dropping to 4% for all subsequent nights.

In order to account for the VAT drop, a discount applies for all bookings over 1 month.

Area

Located right downstairs is the neighbourhood British pub The Williams Ale & Cider House. Serving up pints and pies, they are popular with the locals.

The Breakfast Club, one of the best spots for a full-on English is just a few doors down. Its named after the 80s film complete with nostalgic memorabilia adorning the walls.

Canto Corvino, located across the street, serves modern Italian cuisine at affordable prices. They are open for most meals and cater to a slightly more upscale dining crowd.

Artillery Lane is really a gem with its many choices to eat. Schnitz Me is a smaller place perfect for take-out, offering several types of Schnitzel. Chicken and a side will only set you back £10.

This building is located in Spitalfields, an artistic neighbourhood of London. It borders on City of London – perfect for those here on business. Artillery Lane derives its name from King Henry VIII, who used the area for weaponry practice.

Liverpool Street Station, Shoreditch High Street and Brick Lane are all within walking distance. Ten minute bus or tube to the City.
