previous tenant review:
We have been living in this flat since September 2011, and have been extremely happy, both in the flat and with the level of service and care provided by the Landlord. The flat is spacious and well-proportioned, with superb storage. Even the kitchen, although not large, has very well-designed storage capacities, and to our surprise, we were able to fit most of our belongings in there, even though we had moved from a much larger space in New York.
Very little has gone wrong in the flat, but whatever minor issues we have had with heating or plumbing has been promptly attended to by the Landlord who are friendly and helpful.
The flat is quiet and peaceful, and the outlook on to the gardens at the back is both pretty and restful, and we have greatly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and eating there in good weather. We are sorry to be leaving.
