“My husband and I bought this flat three years ago. We love the fact that it is bright and sunny, and we are on the top floor, so it is quiet (no footsteps from upstairs!). It is in a small private block with only 6 apartments in total i.E. 2 apartments on each floor, so the communal areas also feel secure and private.
We also like the dual aspect layout (bedrooms facing east, and living room and kitchen facing west) as it means that for most of the year, there is direct sunshine in the flat through out the day.
The apartment has been redecorated recently, and is currently rented partly furnished (bulky items like beds, dining set and sofas provided). Most of the furniture was purchased from or Ikea and is less than 18 months old.
