i'm currently looking for a flatmate for short term or long term let 1 large double room in a lovely 3 bedroom flat. Its got a shared living room, wifi included, all bills (including council tax) and large bathroom. We also have a cleaner who comes every second week included in the rent. The double room has a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
It's in zone 1 and within walking distance to both Notting Hill Gate, Westbourne Park Station and Paddington. With a 24/7 bus service running outside to central. There is local shops, i. E. Sainsburys a minute walk from the flat, as well as many restaurants/coffee shops/pubs.
You will be living with one Irish flatmate and one English flatmate, both professionals. We are both busy people with work and going out meeting friends. However to do like to have our evenings in with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. Or venturing out to the local pub.
