We are looking for one tenant per room to make for a peaceful environment. ****Letting to couples**** may be an option at a much higher rent fee, so you are welcome to take a look as a couple; but you will be less likely to be considered because of the 4 tenant limit, and the expense and inconvenience you would bring, considering that there are 4 bedrooms.
2. This house is occupied by a friendly cheerful Landlady who will exclusively take care of the garden and will take her turn in keeping the interior tidy; but all tenants are expected to take their turn in cleaning the interior communal areas of the house.
3. The land lady is looking for tenants with ****no children*****.
4. Friends are welcome to stay over in your room for up to one day per week; so as long as you keep the place tidy, noise is minimal and there are no kids
5. You, or your guarantor If you are a student, will need to provide payslips and bank statements for the past 3-6 months; as well as other documentation, including references, to be specified by the agent based on your profile during any application for the property.
6. Sometimes the Landlady let’s her 18 year old son stay in her room, while she sleeps at another property. She pops in every other day to check on him, to make sure he behaves while he stays there. No more than 4 people will be occupying the property at any moment in time.
7. Mattresses are fresh, but foam will be provided by the landlord for optimal hygiene. You are welcome to bring your own mattress if you have one organised already.
8. Two refrigerators will be made available between the tenants
9. The Landlady’s cat may from time to time stay at the property, recently the cat has been kept at her other property
