An administration fee of £300 inclusive of VAT is payable which includes cost of standard credit checks & references for up to 2 tenants; tenancy agreement and legal paperwork. A security deposit of one and a half month’s rent will be required in cleared funds prior to the start of the tenancy which will be lodged with the Deposit Protection Service.
