Built in the late 1800s, we chose rich Victorian colours (in line with its history), making it feel cosy and calm. A great haven from the busy energy of the area. Because of its lower ground location, it has great insulation, naturally keeping cool in the summer and warm in the winter, with the central heating system controlled by a smart thermostat. You are also protected from the sounds of the street. The apartment is uncluttered and eclectic combining modern upgrades with vintage and designer pieces.
The living area is at the heart of the home and is a welcoming and inviting space for everyone to kick back and relax after a day's exploration. Sink into the large sofa with a glass of something chilled and unwind by watching your favourite TV shows, playing your favourite games on the games console, or curl up with a good book. This is a spacious room with dimmable lighting and lovely finishing touches.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, blender and a cafetiere for coffee. There will be a welcome pack stuffed with coffee, tea and delicious English scones! There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room for extra guests.
