Luxury One Bedroom Flat
I bought the flat from new in July 2014 and have become very much at home here. I am due to emigrate soon hence my desire to let the property to a quality tenant. The flat is exceptionally clean and well maintained. All the applicances are covered on insurance plans and the management company is excellent. The Landgon Park Estate includes a full-time property manager/concierge who can accept deliveries and provide secirity services. The estate is like a leisure park with many mature trees and beautiful landscaped grounds and lovely neighbours!. There are also two large secured bicycle sheds and a self contained bin store. Also the flat faces onto the rear communal garden that features a lovely pond and seating area. The flat is situated on the ground floor and comprises approximately 550 sq ft. All modern features too. I have bought well fitting furniture for the lounge and bedrooms and intend to let furnished but this is not decided and depends on interest. I can do a deal to let unfurnished but would prefer to keep the furniture in place depending on interest.
