A decade ago a chance encounter at The Percy Arms sent us scurrying to the Mansion and the rest as they say is history. Being the first to buy in the Mansion enabled us to have first choice

Sometimes games on the croquet lawn with both adults and grandchildren are memories that we take with us. As one dear neighbour has often remarked - "when I come home I take my drink and go down by the river to talk to God" metaphorically speaking for sure but an expression of being at total peace with himself in such a special place.
Even during Albury's past financially troubled times, a sense of community pervaded creating binding friendships. The total trust and never-ending willingness to help has been truly heartwarming as well as ever reassuring.
The apartments within the main house now hold the Freehold enabling management freedom to the individual owners and eliminating the Ground Rent charge.
