We have really enjoyed living here as the location is so central and it feel like London is practically on our doorstep. With the trains so close, Loughton or South Woodford can be reached easily too, they both provide more retails outlets and there is even a cinema in South Woodford. More recently I have replaced the kitchen, replaced the boiler and the flooring. I have decorated throughout so the new owner should hopefully move in, relax and enjoy themselves.
