'We love living here and will be sad to leave - but we won't be going far as we have fallen in
love with the area! There's always so much going on in Waltham Forest and there's a real
sense of community, with lots of independent businesses, cafes and markets opening up all the
time - we never have to leave the borough! We're located right in the middle of Leyton,
Leytonstone and Walthamstow - all of which can be reached easily by foot or by the 24-hour
bus links that stop right outside the building. There are lots of pubs nearby (Heathcote &
Star and the Red Lion are our favourites), and our weekend isn't complete without breakfast
at Deeney's on Leyton high road and a wander down Francis Road. Westfield Stratford and the
Olympic Park are also just down the road and Epping Forest is a short drive away for weekend
walks. The apartment is also great for entertaining and we've loved having friends and family
to stay for weekends, everyone says how spacious and quiet it is in here. The neighbours are
friendly too.'
