This has been a fantastic location for us as it has been the perfect balance of leafy green areas alongside modern amenities. At one end of the road Epping forest provides a lovely place for a stroll. At the other end you can access South Woodford. Since we have been here we have painted and decorated and stripped and polished the floor in the lounge. We have also added the log burner which creates a lovely feeling when the flames are flickering away in the evening. This is a very large flat compared with the others that we had viewed. The benefit of a garage is great for storage and parking means that this flat gave us everything that we wanted. We are moving out to a more rural area now for a quieter pace of life.
