What attracted me to the flat was the large sized living room, modern kitchen and bedroom with fully fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. I enjoy the communal gardens and the special feeling of living within a Grade II listed building. I like the quiet and private feel of the apartment. The flat is close to the many shops around Fremlin Walk e.G. House of Fraser, and many restaurants and bars. It also has good access to the M20/M2. There is a gym nearby and Mote Park, with its own lake, is great for runs, picnics and festivals. I love living here and I am only selling because the new apartment is closer to work.
