The apartment has been in the family for many years now. The initial attraction was the sea views and the versatility of the internal accommodation. With the added benefit of being able to reach the beach without crossing the road being another attraction.
The building is well maintained and looked after and we feel that the service charge is reasonable for a block located so close to the seafront. There are so many alterations that someone could make here if they wanted too.
