I originally bought this property as an investment and have rented it out for 7 years. I always managed to find good tenants who stayed for long periods of time. Since moving in last year, I have completely redecorated the bedrooms and lounge area complete with new flooring.
One of the biggest selling points of this property, I feel, is the parking. I am very lucky to be one of the only flat owners to have 2 parking spaces. I also love the balcony. It is the perfect place to enjoy the summer sun at the end of the day. I tend to use the stairs leading to the balcony to enter my home rather than the communal area.
I feel the location is outstanding too. Asda is literally a 2 minute walk away, which is a lifesaver when I have run out of milk!
