Outside, and Leyton tube station is barely a half mile on foot and will whisk you to Liverpool Street in just eleven minutes, and Tottenham Court Road in twenty. "We have absolutely loved living here. The position of the flat at the leafy end of Huxley Road means that its very quiet but still moments away from Sainsbury’s and the other amenities of the High Street. The flat is also a short walk to the central line at Leyton tube which is 20 minutes to Oxford Circus. Alternatively, we are short bus ride (from the end of the street) to the Victoria line at Walthamstow Central or the many connections at Stratford. It’s also two minutes’ walk from trendy Francis Road with its lovely restaurants, florists, delis, bookshop and yoga studio. The area has a real community feel. The close proximity to green space, including Coronation gardens, the Olympic Park, Wanstead flats and Epping Forest, has also been one of our favourite things about living in this area. We totally renovated the flat, bringing back some of the original character of the property and altering the layout. We worked with an interior designer to really maximise the space and design potential. We’ll be very sad to leave the flat but hope that the new owners will find as much pleasure in it as we have!"
