Owners Comments:

My wife and I enjoyed many happy years at this flat. We've improved the flat in stages over the years by adding a new kitchen, bathroom, lighting and flooring to what we think makes the perfect home. It's got a lovely view over the big garden from the kitchen and living room and the positioning of the flat means it's light and airy. A massive help is that this flat has loft space and while this can't be converted it makes great storage space.

For those working in Central London it is in an ideal location only a short walk to Highams Park station. I worked in Farringdon and my wife in Warren Street. It's also really near the big modern Tesco that was built a few years ago so really handy for a quick trip to the shops.

The management company that run the up keep of the flats are great, they maintain it really well, do works such as painting periodically and keep the ground rent very reasonable considering the amount they do. The neighbours are generally nice young families and couples which make a lovely little community.
