I have lived her for many happy years and had never thought about moving. I love having the private garden and spend many summers days enjoy the sunshine. The fact that the outgoings are so low is great and the location is so convenient for everything I need.
I have now decided that the time is right to move on, I really love my flat and hope that the new owners enjoy their time here as much as I have.
