Lady Well Views have teamed up with telecare specialists Tunstall to provide a mobile trigger alarm and emergency pull cords in shower-/bathrooms and bedrooms and unlike other retirement scheme operators, our support team are based on site, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so should you need some assistance in the middle of the night you will speak to someone familiar, not a call centre.
For added peace of mind there is a camera entry system that will link to your TV allowing you to see who is at the main entrance before you decide to let them in, and for additional safety they have a comprehensive CCTV network around the development which is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Another important feature is our automatic fire detection system that is installed in all apartments and communal areas. This is linked to the Tunstall call system and automatically summons the on-site staff team.
