At the time, I was looking to buy, I saw a number of retirement apartments, but after one viewing I knew straight away, that this was the one.
I liked the fact it was on the ground floor, at the rear of the block and enjoyed views over the beautiful communal grounds. Inside, there was no shortage of space; there was even enough room in the lounge/diner to have a dining table.
Being close to the town is so convenient and the residents' facilities are fabulous, It is reassuring having the on-site Estate Management team and the communal lounge and dining allows interaction with people of a similar age, who have similar interests.
