She liked the fact it was on the first floor and at the front of the block, so she could see who was coming and going. Inside there was no shortage of space; there is even a dining area off the lounge with enough space for a dining table.

Being close to the town is so convenient and the facilities for the residents, are fabulous. It is reassuring having the on-site housing manager and the communal lounge area allows interaction with people of a similar age, who have similar interests.
