This property is offered at a reduced price for people aged over 60 through Homewise´s Home for Life Plan. Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property´s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. Property description
Location is everything with this patio flat in central Brighton. You are close to great pubs and restaurants, coffee shops and parks. Not to mention just a short stroll from the train station.
What the Owner says:
Not being from Brighton originally, we were attracted to this flat firstly for the ‘location, location, location'. There are many reasons we love this city and we wanted to live close enough to Brighton centre to enjoy what it has to offer but equally far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.
We have been here for almost four years now and have thoroughly enjoyed living here in the Preston Circus area. It's a great neighbourhood for socialising with friends/family as there are many good pubs within walking distance from the front door. The Hare and Hounds and The Joker are both great for a Friday night and also both serve good food. There are many coffee shops close by too, our favourite spot is Café Rust, it does an excellent breakfast.
At the weekends we often stroll to The Open Market, which sells local produce, sustainably sourced products and even holds creative events (Very Brighton) Just past here, The North Laines has a great Brighton vibe too. In summer months we often meet friends and family across the road in Preston Park to set up a barbecue and play ball games. We will miss being so close to such a beautiful park. In winter months we are going to miss our lovely roaring open fire, heats the whole flat and we always receive compliments when we have people over.
