We have been very happy here and upgraded the flat using lots of love and time. The neighbours are very friendly and there is a fantastic community spirit. The building is very well run and kept in very good shape, with a share of the freehold. We love the garden, the warmer months are an absolute joy when it becomes an extension of the lounge, it is ideal for relaxing and Al Fresco dining. Crystal Palace Park is literally across the road and has a new café opening which is eagerly anticipated by the locals as it will be a very trendy space from the owners of Brown and Green. The station is a moment away making commuting a doddle. Crystal Palace Triangle is nearby too with an array of locally renowned restaurants and bars. It is a great size flat and it will be sorely missed.
