A word from the owner....."We have lived in this property for over 2 years and it's full of so many memories for us, mostly bringing home our new baby who is now the reason we have to leave the first home we ever bought! We've also been pleasantly surprised that even though our daughter is over a year old, our flat is spacious enough to have never felt cramped. Living within a 2 minute walk of Gods Own Junkyard and Wildcard Brewery has been so brilliant and loads of fun, as well as being so close to Epping Forest. There are many great pubs and coffee shops on Orford Road just round the corner too. Being within walking distance of the Victoria Line and so near to the overground at Wood Street has been a perfect location for us as busy freelancers who need to get around the city quickly. We're going to miss our neighbours a lot, who have become good friends and as a block we often have socials in different local pubs. It's the first place we've lived in London where it's felt like we're part of a community. We're really sad to say goodbye to our flat but hope the new owners love living here as much as we have."
