The green space is amazing, too: It feels like we have the best of both worlds. We love waking up and looking onto parkland. Our street is so quiet, yet so convenient for the train station. It’s only 15 minutes to Highbury and 30 minutes to Farringdon, without the crush of the tube.

We’ve had many great BBQs in the garden, and long dinners with the patio doors open. The kitchen space is so versatile and sociable – we'll miss it hugely.
