Our penthouse at the Merchants Store is unique and I consider it a real trophy property. The location, views and accommodation are all of the highest order. Being able to stroll into Canterbury or take the train just across the road to London makes it so practical. The views of Canterbury Cathedral are splendid and always has visitors quite amazed! The accommodation is very sizeable and cannot be compared to many others – this is a penthouse in the true sense of the word. Unfortunately I am having to sell as I will be relocating to Northumberland. This is a regrettable sale as it would be extremely difficult to find a property like this again and the future investment value could be considerable
