We loved the fact the apartment was brand new, as we could move straight in and not have to do any work. We had the pick of developers and apartments and very quickly chose this as our favourite. It is just so light and spacious and safely positioned on the second floor.
Internally it was so much larger than many others we viewed at the same price and we were really interested, but when we found out the master bedroom had an en-suite shower room in addition to the family bathroom and we knew we had to have it.
We have really enjoyed living here and would have been happy to stay longer, but we have decided to take our next step up the ladder.
